About Michael

Michael Winocour joined Harborside Counseling in 2002 after four years in a community mental health center in Salem, MA. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Salem State College. He practices in the Beverly office Monday through Friday treating adolescent males, adults, couples and families.

Michael Winocour specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, couples, relationship issues, family issues, attention deficit disorder as well as adolescent oppositionality and conduct disorder. He has a certificate of advanced training in Intensive Family Therapy from the Family Institute of Cambridge as well as specialized couples treatment training from the Family Institute of Washington, DC.
